BIO:

Dan is originally from Evergreen, Colorado. He attended Southern Methodist University for his undergraduate studies, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Cox School of Business. Subsequently, he earned his Juris Doctor degree with a Concentration in Business Law from the SMU Dedman School of Law. While at SMU, Dan served as Treasurer of the Student Bar Association and President of the Energy, Environmental, and Natural Resources Society.

Dan focuses on oil, gas, and energy law, as well as real estate law, specializing in title examination. He represents oil and gas companies in their exploration and production operations and gained industry experience by working in-house with a Dallas-based oil and gas company. Additionally, Dan gained exposure to various corporate transactions through his work with other Dallas-area law firms.

When not working, Dan enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing golf, watching sports, and being outdoors back home in Colorado and New Mexico.
